It is a chairman unit of Wenzhou CityProperty Management Association, Top-100 China Property Service Enterprise, Lucheng District Meritorious Enterprise, OutstandingEnterprise of Lucheng District Property Management Industry as well as Practice Teaching Base for Zhejiang Dongfang Vocational TechnicalInstitute.
The company has passed ISO9001/14001/18000 Quality/environment/occupational health safety system certification. Currently, it is the largest property service enterprise in Wenzhou. In 2016, it established strategic partnership with Vanke Property and introduced “Farsighted Service” management system.
